In Radha Ji’s class, the children start fighting among themselves and then complain about each other to the teacher, leading to wastage of a lot of Radha Ji’s time in the class. Radha Ji is looking for a solution for this problem. According to you, which suggestion could Radha Ji adopt from the ones given below?

राधा जी की कक्षा में बच्चे आपस में बात करते-करते झगड़ने लगते हैं और एक-दूसरे की शिकायत शिक्षक से करते हैं, इससे राधा जी का कक्षा में बहुत समय बर्बाद होता है। राधा जी इस समस्या का समाधान ढूँढ रही हैं। आपके अनुसार दिए गए सुझावों में से राधा जी क्या कर सकती हैं ?

Listen to the reasons behind the arguments & fights, try and discuss with the children to make them understand each other’s point of view on the same. / बच्चों के बीच हो रही बहस व झगड़े के कारण को सुनने के बाद उन्हें लड़ाई के विषय पर एक-दूसरे का नज़रिया समझाएँ और उस पर चर्चा करें।

Whenever the children fight, she could talk to their parents about the behavior, so that the parents can talk to their children at home and guide them. / जब भी बच्चे लड़ाई- झगड़ा करें, उनके माता-पिता से उनके व्यवहार के बारे में बातचीत करें, ताकि घर पर माता-पिता अपने बच्चों से बातचीत करके उन्हें समझा सकें।

Give the children who fight frequently some extra work in the class, like collecting notebooks of other children, keeping chalk-duster in the class, etc., so that the children remain busy in those tasks. / ऐसे बच्चों को कक्षा में कुछ अतिरिक्त काम दें, जैसे- दूसरे बच्चों की नोटबुक इकट्ठा करना, कक्षा में चॉक-डस्टर रखना आदि ताकि बच्चे उन कार्यों में व्यस्त रहें।

Ask children about the reasons for the fights, discuss the issues with the whole class, asking each one of them to give an opinion and then draw conclusions to solve the issues. / बच्चों से लड़ाई का कारण पूछें और पूरी कक्षा में इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा करें, सभी बच्चों की राय लें और निष्कर्ष निकालें।
